Power Points are items that can be gained through Brawl Boxes, from the Trophy Road, Brawl Pass, or by buying them in the Shop. Each Brawler has their own pool of Power Points, and once players get enough Power Points, you are able to upgrade them with Coins to the next level. Higher Brawler levels require more Power Points to upgrade.
Power Points are primarily obtained from Brawl Boxes. Each box will contain a small amount of Power Points for a random Brawler that players have unlocked. The Rarity of a Brawler does not affect how often a box contains Power Points for it; once players have unlocked a Brawler, a box has an equal chance of containing Power Points for it as any other Brawler.
In the Shop, each Power Point costs 2 Coins. For example, 10 Power Points will cost 20 Coins, 32 Power Points will cost 64 Coins, etc. The amount of Power Points players can buy varies with the Daily Offer. Each Power Point offer can only be bought once. Daily Offers refresh every 24 hours.
Some Trophy Road rewards and Brawl Pass tiers offer Power Points as well. These rewards come in packs of 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, or 500 Power Points and allow players to choose which Brawler to give the Power Points to. If all of a player's Brawlers already have the maximum amount of Power Points, the reward will be converted to a Brawl Box, the size depending the amount of Power Points.
Once players have enough Power Points for a Brawler's level, players can spend Coins to upgrade it to the next level, all the way up to level 9. Each level increases a Brawler's health and damage by 5% linearly.
After enough Power Points to get a Brawler to level 9 are collected, excess Power Points will be automatically converted to Coins at the exchange of 2 Coins for every 1 Power Point. For example, if Brawlers need 2 more Power Points but receive 5 Power Points, the remaining 3 Power Points will be converted into 6 Coins. This means that the more fully maxed Brawlers players have, the more Coins players will see coming when opening boxes.
To get a Brawler to level 10, players must obtain one of its Star Powers. To find a Star Power, the Brawler must be level 9. Star Powers are found in Brawl Boxes, or they can be bought for 2000 Coins in the Shop when they appear. Getting both Star Powers for a Brawler does not upgrade them to level 11; they stay at level 10.
To obtain a Gadget, players need to upgrade a Brawler to level 7. Gadgets are found in Brawl Boxes with a higher chance than Star Powers, or can be bought from the Shop for 1000 Coins when they appear.
