"Play a match from a randomized pool of different game modes, maps and modifiers. What you'll get is a mystery!"
Mystery Mode is an Event that became available in the 2022 Season 13 update. It's a feature that chooses a random mode with a random map and random modifiers. Only specific quests can be completed in this mode. Trophies can be lost and gained in this mode.

Useful Brawlers[]
- Jessie: Jessie has a long range, good damage output, slightly wide attack compared to others with the same range as her, not too little health, and a turret that can essentially close off certain paths for Brawlers who are fragile. Her turret can also additionally slow down enemies even through walls, which makes her great on any medium to long-ranged map that Mystery Mode randomly selects.
- Bo: Bo has a respectable range that lets him compete with some slightly longer ranged Brawlers. Bo's high damage output, especially up close, and his main attack's ability to be able to spread or focus on one area depending on how Bo moves adds upon his versatility for the random nature in this mode.
- Gale: Gale has moderately high health and has enough range to hit most enemies. His Twister Gadget is useful in maps with more bushes. His Super can knock back enemies in Brawl Ball while taking the ball or push away tanks or other high-health enemies close to him. His attack's wide spread can hit and take down enemies easily in Knockout.
- Pam: Pam has high health and damage. Her attacks cover a wide area and have a fast reload speed which enables her to pinch at her enemies while she can deal high damage close up. Her Scrapsucker Gadget is excellent at keeping enemies away and subsequently giving Pam a range advantage.
- Crow: Crow's attack damage is quite low, but its moderately long range and wide spread allows Crow to chip at enemies. He can be great at open maps in Showdown, Knockout, and Bounty. His Slowing Toxin Gadget is helpful in many modes, such as slowing down the ball carrier in Brawl Ball or the Gem carrier in Gem Grab.
Tips[]
- Due to the random nature of this Event, it is suggested to select Brawlers who are very well-rounded in most maps.
- You can also use brawlers which are good in that specific meta, so you can counter most of the enemies.
