Mastery

Mastery is a feature introduced in the February 2023 update that replaced Experience. Mastery Points could only be gained after winning battles and by being the "Star Player". Like Experience, Mastery Points cannot be lost, but unlike Experience, Mastery Points are only rewarded for a win. Each Brawler has its own Mastery Point count. An additional 30% Mastery Points are awarded if a player is the "Star Player" of a 3v3 or 5v5 match. Each time a Brawler levels up in Mastery, the player receives Coins, Power Points, Credits, Facepalm Pins, secondary Brawler Profile Icons, or Titles.

Obtaining

Mastery Points can be obtained by winning in Trophy Events, Ranked, or Mega Pig, or by being the "Star Player". However, they can't be obtained in Map Maker matches, Challenges, and Friendly Battles. The number of Mastery Points a Brawler gets depends on their Trophy range in matches or their Tiers in Ranked. You can get a maximum of 6000 Mastery Points per day.

Titles

Titles are in-game cosmetics introduced in the February 2023 update. They are unlocked at Gold III Mastery, and each Brawler has its own unique Title. Brawl Pass Titles are unlocked at Brawl Pass Plus at tier 50. Other Titles can be obtained on different occasions. Only one Title can appear in the player's profile, and they can be removed when pressing the crossed out eye button on the battle card menu.

Mastery Madness

Once a month or on certain occasions, there is a Mastery Madness event. During the event, Mastery Points are increased by 50%, 100%, 150% or 200%.

History

• On 28/02/23, Mastery was added to the game and replaced Experience.
• On 25/04/23, Mastery Points can now be awarded if a player is the "Star Player", regardless of the outcome of a 3v3 or 5v5 match.
• On 27/06/23, the Mastery Madness event was added to the game.
• On 27/08/24, a minimum match performance requirement of 10000 damage points in order to gain Mastery from a match was added to prevent Mastery farming while being inactive.
