Lush Poles is a community map for the Showdown event.
Layout[]
The left and right sides of this map are mostly compromised of large horizontal walls, small patches of bush, and jump pads that lead into the middle. The top and bottom of the map feature huge patches of bushes that extend towards the center of the map at their midpoint. The center has large sections of bush and small, T shaped walls. The map is vertically symmetrical.
Tips[]
- Tara can use her Psychic Enhancer Gadget to quickly scout the large bush patches. Other Brawlers with bush revealing Gadgets/Star Powers can work, but it will take more time, leaving a longer window of opportunity to be ambushed.
- Close range Brawlers like Shelly can hide in the bushes close to the middle and ambush unsuspecting players, using the walls around the bush patches to block shots.
- Long range Brawlers are generally ineffective on this map due to lack of open space. However, Piper can use her Ambush Star Power and hide in the bush columns closest to the middle to snipe Brawlers who collect the center Power Cubes.
