YEP, THE HEALING IS OVERPOWERED. The thing I like about him is that since he doesn't have a huge health pull it's useless and is really only for his allies Idk if this is at max or base(should be base otherwise underpowered) but he is gonna get 1-2 shot with most of the cast and 400 dmg isn't the best either. Imo really interesting concept hella underpowered. Like I mean having a little health is one thing having to stay close to other brawlers for your passive healing to even work is another making him only useful to tanks otherwise your just gonna heal 500hp or so before dying to chip dmg.
Star power 1 you should think about since essentially your saying any time he goes below 40% this mug will go back to 70%(probs not your intention) and that is OP. Also even if it was once its still op healing 2.7k. This is just shelly's band-aid in another name.
Like the bounce concept but never heard of bouncing axes though. Speaking he is a miner i thought they use pickaxes not axes other wise he should be a lumberjack or viking. The cannon too is really just penny's super if I'm reading right.
Work on boss miner a lil more if you need help concepts to do with mining:

Stunning op meaning he can interrupt anyone with long offload meaning it has to go. Pam, colt, rosa, el primo basic attack will be cut short each-time u hit them in a 1 on 1 fight no matter the stun time
Auto aim 1.8k dmg um doesn't sound overpowered? Cuz you can follow up with stun beams or whatever meaning hard to run.
Sick concept lil overpowered compared to your underpowered Egypt character
Orbs a lil on the weaker side will need a buff maybe to 500 or 600 dmg enabling a 40% chance to do 1.5k or 1.8k dmg which is still bad imo
First 2 star-powers are the ideal balanced ones
Seeing as her health is bad second gadget is more viable but is very similar to genes
Cool concept but if its gonna have a chance to do more dmg while having the cost of normally doing depressing dmg that dmg has to be good like really good otherwise i cant see her killing any brawler besides tick

1) Ambush: When she activates her super, instead of freezing the enemy, she'll be camouflaged from her enemy for a 5 seconds-she can hit a brawler if the 5 seconds isn't over and go back to being hidden.
Why do you say instead of freezing?
Also I like the 3 hit freeze ignore that other guy it seems balanced and it looks like it requires some sought of skill though.

You can freeze 1 unit if you hit them 3 times?
Is there like a mark of some sought and if so is the time a limit before the mark gets removed?
Tbh that mechanic can be her basic attack and her super can also add stacks making it easier
Lastly, you never mentioned the duration of this freeze
I can see myself having a lot of fun with this brawler ngl and alot of crazy plays if it was added
But have you noticed that every brawler supercell release is unique in some sought of way your Gary and Bree are examples of this
None of these apply to frank he cant do showdown. Franks best mode is brawl ball isn't it? and you saying bounty can be won with the right team which is like an overall tip and has nothing to do with the play style of tanks
What tips do have for my frank which is rank 19 atm i can't push any further
My tip would be to play a lot of push since chip dmg is what imo kill a lot of tanks

Wdym shield how much dmg is the shield reducing? 80% reduction to throwers is better then Rosa's starpower and we know how annoying she is😂
I have an idea for the game mode since its called gravity it should be random like slowing brawlers down at some point then speeding them all up u can still add the gravity pushes you in some direction in the mix for a ball of craziness

680 dps isn't much info on his basic attack.
How many shots? Offload times? Range of attack? What are the shots, lasers?ect seems pretty good super looks underwhelming but it can be good to snipe low health brawlers people who are hugging walls

His super good maybe reverse the direction brawlers walk maybe and his run speed could be him hopping around like he has low gravity.
Its cuz the game mode is pretty bland and isn't much of a game changer its just like that tilting boat map. imo not very interesting.
