Jacky:
- Super Range increased to 7 tiles (From 5 tiles)
- Super Shielding increased by 5% (From 50% to 55%)
- Jacky can now cancel her super by attacking
8-Bit:
- Increased movement speed by 10.77% (From Very Slow to Slow)
- Decreased Plugged In speed boost by 10.77% (Bring 8-bits sped to normal)
Edgar:
- Hardcore shield decay decreased to 75 every 0.5 seconds (From 100 per 0.5 seconds)
- Lets Fly gadget replaced with Insta-Hop
Edgar jumps to the nearest enemy with in a 7 tile radius
(Uses per match: 3) (Jump Speed: 3600)
- Health increased to 4120 (From 3920)
Penny:
-Decreased Cannon Range to 11.33 tiles (From 13.33 tiles)
(No more Backdoor Penny! :p)
- Increased main attack range to 10 tiles (From 9 tiles)
Stu:
- Decreased Gas-o-heal healing to 300 (From 500)
- Decreased Main Attack projectile damage to 712 (From 812)
- Increased reload time by 0.3 seconds (From 1.5 to 1.8 seconds)
Belle:
- Increased reload time by 0.1 seconds (From 1.4 to q.5 seconds)
- Attack Delay increased by 25%
(Attack delay is the delay in between attacks)
- Super Damage Increase decreased by 15% (From 35% to 20%)
El Primo:
- Super Charge Rate decreased to 8.16% per hit (From 10 hits to 13 hits)
- Super Recharge Rate decreased to 20% per hit (From 4 hits to 5 hits)
And that, Ladies and Gentlemen, is all of my Balancing Ideas. My favorite is probably the Edgar gadget which is just like a tone down super! :p
