Honestly, he is just such a mediocre brawler, which means he is far beyond bad, which is a huge problem. I would have to change Crow where is health is slightly increased at the maximum of 5% (3360 to 3530) from right now because brawlers that have lower HP than a jessie's turret, penny mortar, pam heal, and nita bear just doesn't make any sense and forces you to play WAY to passively. Then, something needs to be changed about Crow's regular main attack damage, but not his super. Give each switchblade he throws a 10% damage increase (392 to 431) from right now. Crow's star power doesn't really add a whole lot to the competitive scene (even though he isn't really played much in comp anyways), so in order to make it benefit Crow and his teammates more, increase the star power damage decrease from 10% to 15% (or maybe 20% at the maximum) to make it more game-changing and to create a more balanced and hopefully better Crow than what we have now.
I totally agree with the above comment, although all the brawlers with 3360 health at max (piper, rico, and barley) are all really good at one thing. Piper is an excellent damage dealer, as well as Rico, and Barley is the one of, if not the best, control brawlers in the current meta (basically turret/spawnables) to keep control of the map and game. I think that they should keep his health the same, buff his damage, but decrease his poison from 4 to 3 ticks, because Crow's poison is really what makes him a legendary-worthy brawler.
