"Lola makes sure everyone knows when she enters a room. She's an expert in the fine art of causing a scene to get what she wants, and she's proud of it!"
Lola Portrait

Lola is an Epic Brawler who could be unlocked as a Brawl Pass reward at Tier 30 in Season 9: Brawlywood, or can be obtained from the Starr Road. She has moderate health and a consistent damage output. For her attack, Lola attacks by firing six jewels at a long range. Her Super summons her Ego, a clone that moves whenever Lola moves and attacks. Lola's first Gadget, Freeze Frame, will momentarily immobilize her clone in exchange for a significant damage reduction shield. Her second Gadget, Stunt Double, instantly makes her switch locations with her Ego while both slightly heal. Her first Star Power, Improvise, increases Lola's attack damage if she has only one ammo. Her second Star Power, Sealed With a Kiss, allows her Ego's attack to heal herself and allies.

Attack: Diamond Eyes

"Lola's favorite accessory is also her favorite weapon! It shoots from the eyes in short bursts and with plenty of panache."

Lola fires 6 jewels from her fox at a long range with a slight spread. Her attack deals a high amount of damage if all of its projectiles hit, but Lola has a noticeably long unload time.

Super: Megalomaniac

"Lola releases her Ego that mimics her every move. If it's too close to Lola though, it will deal less damage."

Lola's Super summons her Ego, which both moves and attacks in the same direction as Lola at the same time. Her Ego deals the same amount of damage and has an identical attack range as Lola, but it charges Lola's Super half as quickly. A 3.33-tile radius glows around Lola while her Ego is on the battlefield; if her Ego enters the radius, it shrinks in size and deals 50% less damage. Since it is a spawnable, Lola's Ego cannot pick up items such as the Gems in Gem Grab or give its team points in Hot Zone. If Lola runs into a wall but the movement joystick is still aimed, the Ego will continue to move in that direction, and vice versa. Her Ego is slightly slower than Lola herself, too.

Gadgets

Freeze Frame

"Lola's Ego stops moving to strike a pose! Gaining a 50% shield for 4 seconds."
GD-Lola1

When Lola uses this Gadget, her Ego will become immobile for 4 seconds, but it will receive a shield that reduces all damage it takes by 50% for the same duration. The Ego can still attack.

Stunt Double

"Lola and her Ego switch locations and recover 1520 health."
GD-Lola2

When Lola uses this Gadget, she instantly teleports to her Ego's location, and her Ego teleports to her location, while they both heal 1520 health. Lola must be within 12 tiles of her Ego to activate this Gadget, and she retains any status effects while teleporting.

Star Powers

Improvise

"When down to her last round, Lola deals an extra 30% damage."
SP-Lola1

Whenever Lola has only one full ammo, each projectile from her next attack will deal 30% more damage.

Sealed With a Kiss

"Projectiles from Lola's Ego heal allies that are caught in its path by 208 health."
SP-Lola2

The projectiles of Lola's Ego can heal allies for 208 health per projectile. The projectiles pierce through allies and can still damage enemies.

Tips

  • How far away to place your Ego depends on the situation you are in. Placing it close to her can allow them to do a large amount of damage to a single target and eliminate them faster. Alternatively, Lola can place it away from her to control a large area with her damage. This also removes the damage penalty of her Ego, causing it to pose more of a threat.
    • Although it will die much quicker, Lola can also throw her Ego in front of her and use it as a shield, blocking non piercing attacks, especially with the help of her Freeze Frame Gadget. This can be combined with the Health Gear to recover a good portion of health behind your Ego.
  • Lola can control multiple lanes with her Ego if played correctly. This is best used in Hot Zone, where her Ego provides a distraction for the enemy team.
  • It may be more advantageous to keep Lola without any ammo when she doesn't need to heal when she has her Improvise Star Power, thus maximizing her burst damage.
  • Lola's Ego with her Freeze Frame Gadget can be used to attack enemies behind walls, especially throwers like Tick, Barley, or Sprout.
  • In Siege, Lola can use her Super and her Freeze Frame Gadget to temporarily delay the Siege Robot from attacking your team's IKE turret. Similarly, in Heist, Lola can place her Ego near the safe and activate Freeze Frame while standing behind it so you can deal damage while the Ego is shielded and can block enemy fire more effectively.
  • Lola's Freeze Frame Gadget can be used to reposition yourself to your desired location in relation to your Ego. For example, if you throw your Super and want to be on top of it, you can activate Freeze Frame to position yourself right on top of your Ego.
    • Lola can also reposition her Ego by moving such that her Ego runs into a wall. This way she can get closer to her Ego or position it to a desired position. A corner is very suitable in this situation. Stacking Lola's Ego on top of her allows for higher damage potential and consistency.
  • Lola's Ego can be used to have yourself attack enemies without the risk of being defeated yourself, such as throwing it next to the middle when starting off a Brawl Ball round, where more often than not, players frequently rush the middle.
